Tankesaft

IETF has announced the release of RFC 5984 “ESP-Based forwarding”. Tankesaft has been recognized for the contribution and has thereby claimed a leading position in the evolution of high-speed Internet access.

Today the IETF (the Internet Engineering Task Force) released a new RFC (Request For Comments) describing a new way of reaching previously unimaginable internet access speed. This experimental RFC has been submitted by Tankesaft.se

Tankesaft (Swedish for “thought juice”) is a one man strong collaborative thinktank, focusing on innovation facilitation, lateral thinking and having lots of fun. The Internet department of the tankesaft intiative has been busy with the work leading up to the experimental RFC 5984 but is overjoyed that the work has been published by the IETF.

Karl-Magnus Möller, the founder of the tankesaft intiative says: “I am very happy that our hard work has been recognized by the internet community. We have laid the foundation for ESP-Based forwarding and are looking forward to see more implementations of this concept. Perhaps this is a small step for man, but it is a giant leap for ping”
